Opportunity Details
- Full-time and PRN opportunities available
- 3-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule with one required weekend call (FridaySunday)
- Current team consists of 1 physician and 3 CRNAs
- 1:3 call for 24hr OB coverage
- Call pay is additional $12.50/hour
- Primary work location would be at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital (CRMH)
- CRMH is a 25 bed Critical Access DNV accredited facility that serves 8 Southeastern Illinois counties (109,000+ individuals) and had over 1,400 surgical visits in 2021
- CRMH offers a comprehensive range of surgical services including: General, Oncology, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Otolaryngology, Urological, and Podiatric
- CRMH is integrated with Carle Health System, a locally owned and physician-led health system with a service area of 1.4 million

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $337,646 - $340,146. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
