Social Worker - Early Intervention

Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc., a therapist-owned and operated early intervention agency, is actively seeking passionate Social Workers to join our growing Early Intervention team.

Your Role:
Provide support to children ages 0–3 and their families throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania

• Provide counseling related to a variety of topics that can include children with special needs, domestic issues, financial issues, housing, mental health and more
• Act as a liaison between family and other health, mental health, and social service providers 
• Provide consultation in areas of parent/child interaction, family dynamics, mental health, domestic violence, and crisis intervention
• Link families to community resources and may assess and monitor health insurance needs
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

What We’re Looking For:

• PA License Required (LSW or LCSW)
• Minimum BSW, MSW Degree preferred
• Passion for working with young children 
• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and highly motivated
• Experience in pediatrics or early intervention preferred, but not required
