Workday Integration Engineer

Workday Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Remote - Client based in Florida Openings: 2 Employment Type: W2 Job Summary We are seeking experienced Workday Techno-Functional Consultants with strong Workday Finance experience for an urgent remote engagement supporting a client based in Florida. The ideal candidates will combine strong Workday Finance functional knowledge with technical expertise in integrations, reporting, configuration, troubleshooting, and solution design. Key Responsibilities

• Work with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical Workday solutions.
• Configure Workday Financial Management functionality.
• Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations.
• Analyze integration requirements and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Work with Workday business processes and functional configuration.
• Support EIBs, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration technologies.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, reporting, and security teams.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Support Workday releases and enhancement initiatives.
• Assist with data conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
• Recommend technical and functional improvements.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Finance / Financial Management.
• Experience working as a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience with Workday configuration.
• Experience with Workday integrations.
• Knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
