Package Delivery Driver

Package Delivery Drivers are responsible for transporting parcels throughout assigned routes in Staten Island and completing deliveries in a safe, timely, and accurate manner. Typical duties include loading and securing packages, verifying delivery information, obtaining proof of delivery when required, handling scans and route updates, and following traffic laws and customer instructions. Drivers may also need to perform routine vehicle checks, report any issues, and manage returns or undeliverable items according to company procedures. A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to read routes, use delivery technology, and work independently are commonly expected. Prior delivery or driving experience is helpful, along with good time management and basic customer service skills. This role can involve frequent lifting, carrying, walking, standing, and entering and exiting a vehicle throughout the day. The schedule is full time and may include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekend shifts depending on route needs.
