About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to oversee the clinical services and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The CNO will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff, including management, supervision, and promotion of nursing care quality in line with professional standards. This role involves setting and implementing operational standards, policies, and procedures, as well as financial management, human resources, and collaboration with the medical staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in nursing, with an MSN preferred, and a minimum of 3 years' of direct patient care experience in an acute care setting. Critical care experience and a strong background in nursing management are also required. Candidates for the CNO position at the company should possess a current RN license in the state of Texas and demonstrate a commitment to the values of respect, integrity, stewardship, and excellence. The role demands a leader with the ability to define and prioritize goals, manage multiple priorities, and build a high-performance culture. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to work with all levels of management and foster a team-oriented approach to patient care. The CNO will be expected to be a champion for change, with a focus on continuous quality improvement and customer service. Proficiency in PC skills and a strong customer orientation are also necessary for this position.
