This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. The Setting This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting What Makes This Different This is not a high-volume retail model.
