TEAM LEADER

Team Leader Management, Stone Mountain, GA, US Job Summary The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the Management Team by demonstrating behaviour, floor leadership, and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and employee activities as a manager or assistant manager, with daily operations. Support business operations, policy, and procedures. Assist in processing and finalizing weekly timesheets and management records. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations. Oversee and monitor methods of loss prevention, including protection of company assets. Assist in training and development of new sales associates. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have high level of integrity. Must have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates proficiency in personal computer and company communication tools, such as e‑mail, Internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook). Environment and Physical Demands Ability to consistently lift 10‑35 lbs; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs with ability to push/pull more than 55 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
