Contents Cleaning Technician

DESCRIPTION The Contents Restoration Technician performs content cleaning techniques, operates several types of cleaning equipment, and performs pack‑out services to restore sites to their prior condition before sustaining smoke, fire, soot, or water damage. Assists with pack outs, cleaning, and storage of customer contents. Assist with content crews/contents restoration experts. Packing, wrapping, boxing, and moving items. Performs job documentation via photos, clear documentation, inventory tracking and labelling etc. Effectively communicate and respond to customers in a timely, professional manner. Maintain clean work areas and equipment. Cross training with other teams. QUALITIES Possess good verbal/customer service skills. Have strong multi‑tasking and time management ability. Able to develop and maintain solid professional relationships. Reliable, honest, and highly motivated to learn new things. We would be willing to train the right candidate.
