Assembler

Adecco is currently hiring Entry-Level Assemblers in El Cajon, CA ! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing. We are seeking candidates with high mechanical aptitude , excellent attention to detail , and a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform wire preparation tasks, including cutting, stripping, and coiling with precision

• Assemble small components using tools such as tweezers, microscopes, and other assembly equipment

• Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and quality standards

• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn technical assembly processes

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts and delicate components

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

• Minimum of 6 months of soldering experience preferred

• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
