This opportunity is for an experienced Emergency and Trauma physician to provide standard solo Emergency Room coverage at a healthcare facility in Clinton, NC. Enjoy the flexibility of working 12-hour night shifts in a facility with an annual patient volume of 32,000. This role is perfect for a physician already credentialed with NC Medicaid and enrolled in PECOS.
Key Details - Assignment Type: Locum Tenens- Setting: Hospital- Start Date: 11/1- Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM on various dates in November- Patient Population: All Ages- Location: Clinton, NC- Stipends: Housing is provided; travel costs up to $500 covered.

Job Responsibilities - Provide emergency care in a hospital setting.- Manage a daily patient volume of 90-100, seeing approximately 18-20 patients per shift.- Collaborate with mid-level providers for patient care.- Utilize Meditech 6.1 EMR system.
Qualifications - Must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS.- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.- Experience in handling a high volume of patient cases.
Working Hours - 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.- Opportunity to work multiple shifts throughout November.
Skills - Strong clinical skills in emergency and trauma care.- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
