• On-Call Expectations: 1:4 Call Rotation

• Admissions & Rounding: Included
• Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
• Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Orthopedics, Upper Extremity, Surgical Orthopedics
FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
• EMR System: Cerner
• Specialty Backup: Collaborative surgical and anesthesia support
• Support Staff: Experienced nurses, surgical technicians, and clinical staff
• Leadership & Reporting Structure: Physician-led multispecialty health system

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
• Board Requirements: BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
• DEA & Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS (as required)
• Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Status: BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
• State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required)
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced surgeons
• Additional Requirements: Interest in upper extremity and general orthopedic procedures
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care
• Perform procedures in hospital and ambulatory surgery settings
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
