Water/Wastewater Practice Leader - Strategy & Growth

Pape-Dawson Engineers in Texas seeks a Practice Leader to oversee all Water/Wastewater projects, provide technical leadership, and drive strategic growth. Lead design teams on traditional and advanced treatment processes, guide proposals, manage budgets and schedules, and develop professional staff. A Texas PE with at least 15 years of project leadership is required; Houston-area experience is a strong plus, and the role follows a standard 8 am–5 pm schedule.
