Your contribution to our shared success

As a Digital Product Specialist (m/w/d) in Berlin or Dsseldorf for the Dental Solutions department, you have the opportunity to apply your knowledge strategically to advance our shared success. Your responsibilities include:

• Consulting on equal footing: You advise customers and support the practice in the change process from classical to digital treatment
• Trainings: You implement the Clarity Portal in orthodontic and dental practices, train the staff in the application up to the preparation of the treatment appointment and the implementation of our bonding protocol
• Product expertise: You proactively follow up with customers and offer your support in defining treatment goals and successful communication with technicians
• Collaboration: Training internal staff, teamwork with Dental and Ortho Area Managers, exchange with the Technical Support Team, and support at customer events such as roundtables and congresses complete your duties.

Company vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which necessitates verification of a valid driver's license.

These are your competencies

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

• State examination/Bachelor's/Master's/training degree in dentistry or dental technology
• Proven experience/skill in the field of digital treatment options, preferably with aligner therapy
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and enjoyment in working with a wide range of stakeholders
• Fluent knowledge of German and English

These additional skills are advantageous:

• Proven successes in consultative sales in the dental or orthodontic field
• High willingness to learn complex clinical and technical content
• Structured, self-directed, and goal-oriented working style with high organizational and multitasking abilities
• Very good presentation skills
