Job Opportunity: Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon
Our organization is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a collaborative, faith-oriented environment.
About Our PracticeWe operate a bustling practice that includes:
- Over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons
- 4 Physician Assistants
- A total of 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents in training, with one resident assigned to the oncology rotation
The majority of surgical procedures will take place at our medical center, with some cases handled at our East Campus, located approximately one mile away.

Situated in Southern California between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, this area, known as the Inland Empire, is nestled at the base of the San Bernardino mountains. This expanding region boasts a low cost of living and excellent educational options, both public and private. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.
Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $450,000 to $550,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $405,000 and $495,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
