Simmons Financial Agency is hiring motivated individuals who want a flexible, remote opportunity with strong income potential, training, mentorship, and room to grow.

No prior insurance experience is required. If you are not currently licensed, we provide training and support to help you obtain your life and health insurance license. If you are already licensed, you can get started faster.

This is a 1099 commission-only position. Opportunity with flexible scheduling, warm lead options, benefit options, and uncapped earning potential.

Whether you’re new to insurance or already experienced, our team provides the systems, mentorship, and support to help you succeed. You’ll work remotely, connect with families who have requested information, and help clients find life and health insurance solutions that fit their needs and budget.

• Meet virtually with clients to understand their life and health insurance needs
• Help clients review coverage options and choose plans that fit their goals and budget
• Follow up with warm leads and individuals who have requested information
• Guide clients through the application process
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Participate in training, mentorship, and team development

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
• Willingness to learn and follow a proven system
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Desire to grow personally, professionally, and financially
• Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is helpful, but not required
• Must reside in the U.S.

No prior insurance license is required to apply.

If selected, you will need to obtain a life and health insurance license before selling insurance products. We provide training and support to help you through the licensing process.

This is a 1099 commission-only position. Compensation is 100% commission-based with no guaranteed minimum and no income cap.

Potential annual earnings range from $50,000–$175,000+, depending on activity, effort, licensing status, experience, and performance.
