Location: Glens Falls, NY

Start Date: 10-15-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week with 24 hours guaranteed, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $66.50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional bedside care to critically ill patients in the ICU and CCU
• Monitor hemodynamics, titrate drips, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and the wider care team to build strong care plans
• Document accurately and efficiently in EPIC to keep every detail at your teammates' fingertips
• Float to Med Surg and Tele units when your skills are needed, bringing ICU-level care everywhere you go
• Educate patients and families with compassion during some of their most vulnerable moments
• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards on every single shift

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New York State
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
• At least 3 years of ICU/CCU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• EPIC experience required, so please highlight your proficiency
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must have your own vehicle for this assignment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to float to Med Surg and Tele units when needed
• Current Nursys, license, and certifications uploaded with your profile
• Skills checklist current within one year and 1 to 2 supervisory signed references from the past two years
• Willing to complete Welle verbal de-escalation training or CPI prior to onboarding
• Able to pass a 14 panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance

• EPIC charting proficiency
• Telemetry and Med Surg adaptability for floating
• Clear, calm communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and a team-first mindset in a fast-paced environment
