Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado SLP license required
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) welcome to apply
• Previous experience working with preschool/preK populations preferred
• Familiarity or comfort supporting non-verbal students is a plus
• Must be able to complete district credentialing and paperwork prior to start

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site speech and language therapy services to preK students at a single elementary school
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting strategies to meet students’ unique needs
• Document student progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and communicate progress to families and educational staff
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students with a range of communication abilities

This contract runs through May 2027 and offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. The focus will be on one campus, allowing you to build strong relationships and see your students’ progress over time.
