Pay: $26.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on experience

Kelly Services is hiring an Operations - Inventory/ Warehouse Coordinator for a full-time onsite opportunity in Bryon Center Michigan. This position is ideal for someone with experience in operations, warehouse coordination, inventory, order processing, logistics, or customer service who enjoys a hands-on role and working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Coordinate daily warehouse and operational activities to support accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.
\n
• Receive, organize, stock, transfer, pick, pack, and ship inventory and customer orders.
\n
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and physical inventories.
\n
• Research and resolve order issues, shipment discrepancies, returns, freight concerns, and inventory problems.
\n
• Process invoices, credits, corrections, freight claims, inventory transfers, and month-end transactions.
\n
• Coordinate customer pickup orders and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
\n
• Provide professional customer service and assist with customer and vendor inquiries.
\n
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and work environment.
\n
• Assist with administrative and office responsibilities related to daily operations.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
\n
• Perform other operations and warehouse responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 2+ years of experience in operations, warehouse coordination, logistics, inventory, or a related field.
\n
• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
\n
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
\n
• Experience with inventory management and order processing preferred.
\n
• Experience with SXe/Trend inventory software is a plus.
\n
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
\n
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
\n
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
\n
• Comfortable working collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
\n
