Remote Member Care Advocate

Included Health is seeking a Member Care Advocate to support members remotely, helping them understand benefits and access care. You will work within established workflows to resolve issues, guide enrollment steps, and provide high-quality, empathetic service. New hires complete a 3-week paid training, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday, with no planned time off during training.
