SERVICE TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for a full time SERVICE TECHNICIAN position. Location: UltraServ - 16722 Parkside Avenue, Cerritos, CA 90703. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm; availability to work some weekends. Further details upon interview. Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Responsibilities Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company-owned vehicle. Call on existing customers to determine adequacy of service; listen to and resolve service complaints. Visually inspect and listen to machines to determine causes of malfunctions; dismantle machines to gain access to problem area. Inspect parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems; remove and replace worn or defective parts; repair broken parts; realign and adjust components; test machine operation following repair. Review inventory and order parts; ship and receive machines; maintain equipment inventory. Prepare machines for installation at accounts; assist in installations and removals. Set up and operate mechanical equipment and small hand tools, such as drills, grinders and welding torches, for machine repair. Perform other duties as assigned.
