Core Responsibilities of HR Generalist

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new staff, plus facilitating onboarding for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Acting as a liaison between staff and management, handling conflict resolution, and addressing employee concerns.
• Benefits & Payroll: Administering employee benefits programs (health insurance, 401(k)) and assisting with payroll tasks.
• Performance & Training: Assisting with employee performance evaluations, tracking progress, and organizing training sessions.
• Compliance & Policy: Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with federal/state laws, and enforcing company policies

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
