Job Details Location: 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740 Department: Nursing Mother/Baby Shift: Night Status: Full‑time Pay Range: $48.29 – $65.06 per hour (anticipated for New Jersey) Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care for mothers and newborns on the Mother Baby Unit. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care. Implement evidence‑based practices for neonatal and maternal health. Document patient assessment, interventions, and outcomes accurately. Participate in unit quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Qualifications Required: BSN degree and minimum 2 years Mother‑Baby experience. Certifications: BLS & NRP certification; Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License. Preferred: Specialty certification in Neonatal or Maternal Nursing. Scheduling Requirements Full‑time Night shift schedules.
