Job Title User Experience (UX) Designer - Expert Location Austin, TX (Candidates need to be local to Austin) What's the Job? Design and develop software interfaces for advisor services platforms, primarily desktop and responsive mobile environments. Facilitate collaborative design sessions including sketching and ideation to gather diverse perspectives. Lead design reviews, drive decision-making processes, and ensure design consistency across projects. Create detailed design solutions considering all aspects of the advisor and end-user experience. Translate established patterns and design systems into high-quality deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and usability. What's Needed? Expertise in foundational UX principles and best practices. Experience executing high-fidelity designs and creating comprehensive documentation using tools like Confluence and Jira. Strong ability to visualize ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes. Excellent communication skills to set expectations, prioritize activities, and keep stakeholders informed.
