Client Supply Order/Entry Clerk - Shelton, CT, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM Position obtains and enters client supply orders into the Materials Management software system. Pay range: $17.20 - $22.00 / hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Responsibilities: Obtain client supply orders and enters them into the Materials Management software Interact with clients as needed to obtain client supply orderrequests Research client supply problems in conjunction with Marketing, Logistics and Client Supply warehouse,etcasneeded Inform clients of backorders and expected deliverytimes Inform clients of utilization constraints if the amount requested exceeds the established utilization ratios. Assist the Client Supply Materials Analyst, Client Supply Manager, Warehouse Materials Analyst and/or Warehouse Manager in resolving client utilization questions. Inform the appropriate individuals of low stock and back ordered items. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports as needed. Assist in performing cycle counts and full physical inventories as needed. Assist in pick/pack process as needed. Comply with all applicable and current Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, OSHA, CLIA, etc. and policies and procedures. Perform other duties as required. Preferred Work Experience: Previous experience in data entrypreferred Previous call center experience Knowledge: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (word, excel,etc) or equivalentwould be helpful, but notrequired Skills: Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Strong communication, especially verbal skills Good record keepingskills Good problemsolvingskills Ability to operate a computer, printer, copier, and other basic officeequipment Ability to type minimum of twenty-five (25) words perminute Ability to work effectively in ateam environment Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) 66813 Quest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
