Remote Community Support & Operations Manager

Bellese, a mission-driven digital services company, seeks a Community Support Manager to lead operational communications for the CMS HQR Claims team. You will own partner communications, shared inbox management, ServiceNow support, and issue coordination with Product, Engineering, CMS stakeholders, contractors, and support organizations.
