Step into the role
In Elgin, IL, you’ll be the last set of hands on the manufacturing line—verifying quality, packing with precision, and helping every order leave the floor right the first time. If a fast pace and visible impact energize you, this role delivers both—along with 12-hour shifts that condense your week into just a few working days.
Location & Schedule- Elgin, IL
- 6:00am–6:00pm (paid lunches)
- 6:00pm–6:00am (paid lunches)
- 2-2-3 rotation: work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days
- Pack finished products precisely to meet specs and quality benchmarks.
- Examine items for defects and escalate concerns promptly.
- Keep the packout area clean, orderly, and efficient.
- Coordinate with teammates to hit daily output goals.
- Follow safety standards and procedures at all times.
- Reliable, self-directed work style with solid follow-through.
- All genders are encouraged to apply.
- English communication is a plus.
- Prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus.
- Comfort lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Sharp attention to detail and consistent accuracy.
- Clear communication and team-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
