LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support therapy goals, and educate patients and families. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will help implement care plans, document progress, and promote safe transitions of care.
