Senior Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - Manufacturing

Cargill is seeking a Master Mechanic to ensure reliable operation of critical manufacturing equipment supporting global food production. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex mechanical systems, including conveyors, mixers, and packaging machinery. You will lead preventive maintenance, support continuous improvement, and uphold strict safety and quality standards. Working closely with operations teams, you’ll diagnose root causes, minimize downtime, and mentor junior technicians in a collaborative, safety-focused, and innovative environment.
