Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for obstetric patients throughout the continuum from antepartum through postpartum
• Monitor and assess maternal and neonatal status during labor and delivery
• Support and educate patients and families during the birthing process
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe outcomes for mother and baby
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in Obstetrics, Labor & Delivery, or a related OB/GYN setting
• Ability to care for both maternal and neonatal patients across the full perinatal spectrum
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a lower-volume OB unit or community hospital setting
• Familiarity with antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum nursing protocols
