Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide updates, and conduct service outreach.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the customer management system.

Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Adhere to all compliance, privacy, and security standards.
