Waterproofer Installer – Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $18 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Reports To: Crew Leader / Supervisor

What You’ll DoApply silicone and polyurethane sealants with a 20oz sausage gun (clean finish)
Perform expansion joint control, dampproofing, and concrete repair
Install below-grade waterproofing systems (bentonite, sheet applied, cementitious)
Apply sheet- and fluid-applied systems — both hot and cold
Install drainage, protection materials, and water-repellent coatings
Support project set-up, cleanup, and site safety

1+ year of waterproofing or general construction experience
Carpentry skills preferred (not required)
Must follow safety and fall protection guidelines
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or elevated areas

Lo que harásAplicar selladores de silicona o poliuretano con pistola de 20oz (acabado limpio)
Controlar juntas de expansión, protección contra humedad y reparación de concreto
Instalar sistemas de impermeabilización subterráneos (bentonita, hojas aplicadas, cementicios)
Aplicar sistemas en hoja y líquidos — en frío y en caliente
Instalar drenajes, materiales de protección y recubrimientos repelentes al agua
Apoyar con la preparación y limpieza del sitio, manteniendo la seguridad
