Position Description

As a Dish Person, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service according to company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include reporting to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practicing good personal hygiene; rinsing and arranging soiled dishes, silverware and glassware into washer trays; loading trays into dishwasher; removing dishes, silverware and glassware from washer trays and stocking for kitchen personnel and servers; maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas; monitoring and overseeing food temperatures during hot and cold food handling; performing general maintenance of all floors at end of work shift.

Qualifications

Qualifications include basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training and the ability to communicate clearly.

Physical Requirements / Environment / Work Conditions

Physical requirements include high level of mobility/flexibility, ability to work irregular hours under heavy stress/pressure during peak times, high level of coordination, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances up to 30 feet, ability to fit through an opening 30" wide, frequent reaching, bending, pushing and pulling, exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold and odors, continual standing and walking.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
