Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to formulate tailored treatment plans.

  • Deliver individual and family therapy sessions based on specific needs, engaging clients in their therapeutic journeys.
  • \n
  • Complete timely billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • \n
  • Develop crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that support patients in maintaining stability and achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • \n
  • Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions for patients as they move towards their next phase of care.
  • \n
  • Maintain adherence to all current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies to uphold the highest standards of clinical practice.
  • \n
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and competencies.
  • \n
  • Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • \n
  • Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training for optimal service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include individuals from varied backgrounds, including those experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Our community-centric approach ensures that you address the unique cultural and personal contexts of each client, facilitating a deeper therapeutic alliance and promoting effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensing.

  • Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Arizona.
  • \n
  • A commitment to culturally competent care and a passion for working in a collaborative, remote team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience working in community health settings is highly desirable.

  • Previous involvement in crisis intervention and management is an asset.
