Psychiatrist Opportunity In Detroit Lakes, MnSanford Health is seeking a board certified/board eligible psychiatrist for a fast growing practice in Detroit Lakes, MN. Flexible schedule, typically Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with hour lunch. Large behavioral health team with five psychologists both adult and pediatric, two psychiatric clinicians one MD and one PHMNP. Possible outreach to other Sanford clinics. Multispecialty group practice including audiology, behavioral health, dermatology, family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics & gynecology, orthopedics, podiatry, surgery, urology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and outreach from Fargo for other specialties including opthalmology. Service region of 55,000.Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $95,849 - $382,864 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.Detroit Lakes has a population of 9,869 and unofficial population during summer months is much higher, estimated to peak about 13,000, due to seasonal residents and tourists.
