Systems Analyst

Responsibilities Provide excellent systems user experience through installation, troubleshooting, and/or repair of computer hardware and software. Major Responsibilities Resolves simple technical issues Provides excellent customer service to systems users Works as part of a systems team Imaging / setting up computers, mobile phones, and printers Education, Experience, and Skills Required High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s Degree (Technical Degree Preferred) OR 2 Years Relevant Experience Other Position Specifications Good analytical, verbal and written skills required Participate in continuous improvement events Maintain company confidentiality Interact with users for system clarifications and requirements Write system and process documentation Provide user support for Altec associates via phone, email, and in person Willingness to work outside standard business hours to resolve issues or complete special projects Track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern Remain highly adaptable All other duties as assigned. Must be willing to travel as needed to perform job duties up to 25% Experience Level Adjustment Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.
