The ideal candidate is highly organized, coachable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Social Media Management – Create, schedule, and monitor content across multiple platforms to engage audiences and increase brand visibility. Inventory Oversight – Track and manage marketing materials, promotional items, and branded merchandise to ensure availability and accuracy. Data Entry & Reporting – Maintain accurate records, update databases, and assist with reporting using Excel and other tools. Event Coordination – Support planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and community initiatives. Administrative Support – Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling, communications, and document preparation. Sponsorship Coordination – Assist with sponsorship requests, partnerships, and fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables. Desired Skills and Experience Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data. Proficient with design tools such as Canva , Adobe Suite, or other similar platforms . Strong written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Hungry, humble, smart, and coachable – open to feedback and growth opportunities. Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or journalism. Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization. Event planning or coordination experience.
