Role Overview Provides coordinated nursing care for patients, adhering to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizes critical thinking, professional judgment, and discretion. Provides coordinated nursing care for patients, adhering to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizes critical thinking, professional judgment, and discretion. Key Responsibilities Collects and analyzes patient data to determine diagnoses and care plans. Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans to promote health and safety. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and provides education. Participates in discharge planning for continuity of care. Delegates tasks appropriately and coordinates duties within the healthcare team. Performs additional job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice. CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications required. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
