Manager of Customer Success

Manager of Customer Success will oversee a full-time team focused on customer retention, adoption, and expansion within the dental industry, while developing and executing customer success strategies. Key Responsibilities Achieve retention and expansion targets for net revenue and churn reduction Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing customer success team Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies and manage the post-sale customer journey Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years in customer success or account management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Experience working with dental practices or DSOs, with knowledge of industry dynamics Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies Proficiency in CRM and customer success software tools
