Anticipated Schedule Full‑time: Monday – Friday 9am‑5pm. Requirements Prior experience as a veterinary technician and client services strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and passion for client care. Familiarity with veterinary terminology or willingness to learn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly, empathetic approach. Ability to handle challenging client situations with tact, patience, and understanding. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff. Flexibility to assist with other duties and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. Reliable, punctual, dependable with strong work ethic. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Willingness to continue learning and stay updated on best practices. Knowledge of scheduling, ordering supplies, and recommending laboratory tests.
