Associate Director, Clinical Science

This Associate Director position supports clinical development of radiopharmaceutical oncology therapies at RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary. Responsibilities include protocol development, clinical trial oversight, data management, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires an advanced degree with 6+ years of drug development experience, or a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant background.

Responsibilities

• Develop study concept synopses, protocols, and study design documents with appropriate oversight
• Contribute to clinical data review, analysis, and reporting throughout ongoing trial programs
• Organize and prepare materials for Data Review Committee meetings and investigator communications
• Assist in preparation and review of regulatory documents including INDs, Investigator Brochures, and NDA/MAA filings
• Address scientific questions from investigators and support clinical study implementation and closeout activities

Requirements

• Master's degree with 6+ years drug development experience, or Bachelor's in biological sciences with 8+ years
• Minimum 5 years clinical research or clinical pharmacology experience in biotech/pharma or CRO
• Knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH regulations and guidelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical software like Spotfire
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly learn new therapeutic areas and adapt to changing priorities
• PharmD or PhD preferred

Compensation: $173,217-$209,899 (Princeton, NJ); $190,539-$230,888 (San Diego, CA)
