Instrument and Controls Designer We're looking for an Instrument and Controls Designer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects focused on designing state-of-the-art structures within Advanced Facilities. You’ll be accountable for developing Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) following ANSI/ISA S5.1 symbology, and panel design including panel layout and wiring diagrams. You’ll also manage demanding project schedules, prepare accurate reports, and demonstrate communication skills. Responsibilities Work on projects designing state-of-the-art data center, semiconductor, and other manufacturing facilities Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of industrial facility control systems Work within global multidisciplinary teams Manage time efficiently across multiple projects Must have Associates Degree in Drafting or Engineering Technology 2+ years of BIM design experience Experience using BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Additionally, the ideal candidate will have Experience designing data center, semiconductor, and other industrial facilities Experience in instrumentation and controls Familiarity with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) Familiarity with controls, electrical panels and cable tray Familiarity with instrument placement Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. The base salary range for this position is $58,200.00 to $80,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
