Join Our Ezell’s Team!
The Service Team Member/Hosts here at Ezell's Famous Chicken take all orders, package, and present them to our guests. Their interaction largely forms the guest’s perception of Ezell’s customer service. Additionally, the Host has an impact on the restaurant’s sales, food quality, and speed-of-service. Candidates for this position must be fun, energetic, and hardworking individuals.
Host Responsibilities:
- Deliver welcoming, caring and cheerful hospitality
- Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure a positive guest experience
- Maintain food quality
- Practice “clean as you go” throughout your shift
- Ensures 100% accuracy with guest orders
- Willing to work as part of a team in a busy atmosphere
- Tip share
- Free on-duty meals
- Health and Dental insurance for full-time employees
- Simple IRA plan
- Sick and paid time off based on Washington State or Seattle sick and safe leave accrual rate depending on location
