Overview Join our dynamic team at Max Motors Dealerships, where we are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to facilitate excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding vehicle services. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and repairs. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance. Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation and communication. Nice to have Certification or training in automotive service advising. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and trends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
