Production Helper

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Production Helpers to support daily operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on assisting packaging and wrap-up processes to ensure products move efficiently through conveyor systems with minimal waste or downtime. Production Helpers work closely with automated equipment and production teams to maintain quality, consistency, pace, and cleanliness throughout the production process.

Shift Schedule:
• 12-hour shifts
• Start times vary between 5: 00 AM – 6: 30 PM (day shift) and 5: 00 PM – 6: 30 AM (night shift)
• Schedule based on production needs

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor conveyor lines feeding packaging areas to prevent backups, spills, and product waste.
• Assist with packaging and wrap-up operations to maintain steady product flow.
• Support automated equipment by observing performance and reporting issues to supervisors or leads.
• Perform general production support duties, including light material handling and housekeeping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures consistently.

Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Comfortable working around automated machinery and conveyor systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and minimizing waste.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred, but not required.
