We are seeking an Appian Developer with AI to support the development, stability, and reliability of AI-enabled enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Appian development experience along with exposure to AI/ML systems, production support, model monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian low-code platform
• Support AI-enabled production systems and participate in application and model-related troubleshooting
• Assist with L1/L2 production issues , including AI/ML model failures, data pipeline issues, and inference errors
• Monitor applications, AI models, and data pipelines for anomalies, model drift, data quality issues, and performance degradation
• Participate in root cause analysis and document recurring application and AI-related issues
• Implement minor enhancements, configuration fixes, model updates, and prompt tuning under appropriate technical guidance
• Support AI and Appian application deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
• Assist with model deployment, retraining activities, configuration changes, and release validation
• Develop and maintain Appian SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, Appian developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, and AI model documentation
• Identify repetitive operational tasks and support automation using scripts, AI tools, RPA, or intelligent automation
• Follow security, data governance, compliance, and responsible AI standards
• Provide regular updates on incidents, assigned tasks, application health, and AI system performance

Required Qualifications

• 6 8 years of total IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Appian development
• Experience with SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Rules, and Integrations
• Understanding of enterprise application development and production support
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and AI-enabled applications
• Experience troubleshooting application, data, or model-related issues
• Understanding of AI model monitoring, data quality, model drift, and performance metrics
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of SDLC, incident, problem, change, and release management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
