Starke America is a growing distributor of overhead crane components serving crane builders and material handling dealers throughout North America. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an organized, customer-focused individual to join our sales support team.

This is not a high-pressure sales position. Instead, you'll become a trusted resource for our dealers by helping them identify the products they need, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring every project moves smoothly from inquiry to shipment.

What You'll Do

• Assist dealers with product inquiries and order processing
• Prepare quotations and sales paperwork
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow projects from quotation through shipment
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Work closely with our sales, technical support, production, and shipping teams
• Maintain organized customer records and documentation
• Learn our product line and become a knowledgeable resource for our dealers

Experience

We are happy to train the right person. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organizational skills, and a desire to learn. Experience in customer service, sales support, office administration, or inside sales is helpful but not required.
