Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Real Estate Closer to join our team. This role requires expertise in managing the entire closing process, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities for both commercial and residential real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure that all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements are met while maintaining excellent communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire real estate closing process from pre-closing to post-closing.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Draft and review closing documents, including deeds, settlement statements, and loan documents.
• Communicate and work with third-party vendors such as title examiners, title company underwriters, surveyors and other vendors involved in the transaction
• Manage escrow accounts and facilitate financial transactions.
• Reconcile accounts related to real estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain clear communication throughout the closing process.

Qualifications:

• 2-8 years of experience in real estate closings, with both commercial and residential transactions.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and closing procedures.
• Proficiency in real estate closing software and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Working knowledge of SoftPro is a plus.
• Experience with account reconciliation is a plus.
