Fusion Medical Staffing-Home Health is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Austin, Texas. Job Details Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts) Location: Facility in Austin, Texas Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Perform high‑risk obstetric ultrasound examinations, including invasive and non‑invasive procedures. Ensure accurate, high‑quality imaging of the fetus and maternal structures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care. Provide detailed findings to consulting providers within a timely manner. Prioritize patient education, safety, and comfort during the examination. Required Qualifications Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program. Minimum of one year of experience as a high‑risk obstetric ultrasound technologist. Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC). Valid ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations. Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position. Preferred Qualifications Current ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification. Current ARRT certification in Sonography. Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position. Required Essential Skills Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and use basic PC skills. Physical capability to remain stationary, move equipment (up to 100 lbs), push, pull, and bend. Ability to work effectively with a variety of personnel and maintain a positive attitude. Fine motor skills for procedural assistance and equipment operation. Capability to cope with frequent public contact, meet deadlines under pressure, and adapt to irregular schedules.
