The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service, be responsive to member needs, and be focused on educating and problem solving.Essential Functions:Process member transactions including check cashing, deposits and loan payments.Perform account servicing requests both in person and via telephone.Answer phones and conduct appropriate research to resolve member inquiries.Educate members on products and services that could benefit them.Qualifications/Education/Experience/Personal Characteristics:2 years' cash handling experience preferably in a bank or credit union setting.High energy level, good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and follow up on tasks.Ability to plan and organize, handle multiple priorities and stressful situations.Excellent communication skills.High school diploma or equivalent experience.Strong computer skill including MS Office.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work branch hours as needed including Saturday.Bilingual English/Portuguese or English/Spanish is a plus.Physical Demands:Continuous: Hearing, talking, sitting, standing, using fingers to typeFrequent: Walking, reaching, stooping, crouchingOccasional: Lifting up to 25 lbs, local travelInterested candidates should apply and upload resume to the TFed Career Center by visiting and clicking About Us and Career Opportunities.Taunton Federal Credit Union is an equal opportunity employer.
