Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children in their homes and communities. You will work closely with a supervising BCBA and caregivers to help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and treatment programs.
- Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data using systems such as CentralReach or Rethink .
- Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress and concerns.
- Participate in caregiver training and support families in implementing recommended strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable ethical and confidentiality standards.
- Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, BCBAs, and other members of the care team.

Qualifications

- Active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Experience implementing BIPs and collecting behavioral data preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
- Strong communication, observation, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and clinical teams.
- Compassionate, professional, and client-focused approach.

Schedule

- Full-time position.
- Client schedules may vary within approximately 8:00 AM–7:00 PM .
- Services are primarily provided in clients' homes and community settings .
